Foncē Glow

I absolutely love the way my eyebrows come out when I come to get them done. The lady who services me every time takes her time and is very meticulous about the shape and thickness of my eyebrows. Service is always great but here are the two main issues: 1) it smells like terrible body odor every single time I walk through those doors and it does disrupt from the overall experience; 2) it is disgustingly hot and humid inside, even on days where it’s cloudy and cool out. For paying $31 and some change to get my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks, which is on the pricier side, I would hope for it to not reek and be so hot inside….

Got my brows done here, and I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve been coming back every few weeks because they always do such an amazing job. I’m definitely planning to get my hair done here next time too. Highly recommend!

I don’t know if I caught this business on a bad day or what, but I chose to get a lash lift here after reading all the glowing reviews and what I experienced was the complete opposite. I made an appointment for a regular lash lift ahead of time, and only at the register after the actual lash lift, which I have no way of knowing if it was regular or not, did I see that I was charged for a significantly more expensive keratin lash lift. The woman who did my lash lift did not use gloves or wash her hands or disinfect them once throughout the hour long session. The chair was completely uncomfortable and unsuitable for a lash procedure where you have to keep your head back for a long period of time. My neck still hurts. Finally, the most disappointing - my lashes, two weeks after the procedure, are not lifted. They were lifted for about 48 hours but then - nothing. I could understand if it had been explained to me that different people see different results and it depends on your natural lashes etc etc etc but I wasn’t told anything before, during, or after the lash lift.
